Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Account Registration
When creating an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to:
- Change prices without prior notice
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Reject orders that violate our policies
We process orders immediately after placement. Payment is due in full upon delivery of your order. Cash on delivery (COD) payments are subject to verification at the time of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy includes:
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Products must be in original condition with packaging
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Limitation of Liability
Mikroelectron shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman.
